Fried Eggs with Mushrooms and Tomatoes

Ingredients:

Eggs 2
Mushrooms 100 g
Cherry tomatoes 3
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Butter 50 g
Salt and pepper to taste
 
 

Instruction:

  • Slice the mushrooms and tomatoes;

  • Heat the frying pan with olive oil and 25 g of butter in it;

  • Fry slightly the mushrooms and tomatoes;

  • Take a second frying pan, melt the remaining butter and fry the eggs separately:

  • When the eggs are ready, garnish them with the fried mushrooms and tomatoes and serve;

  • Add salt and pepper to taste:
