Fried Eggs with Tomato and Ham

Ingredients:

Eggs 4
Tomato 1
Ham 100 g
Butter 50 g
Salt, pepper to taste
 
 

Instruction

  • Heat the frying pan on a medium heat with a butter;

  • Slice tomato and ham into thin slices and cook on both sides;

  • Then break eggs on top of tomatoes and sausage;

  • Cook over a gentle heat for 3-4 minutes or until set to personal preference (you can cover the pan until the eggs are set):

  • When eggs are ready, sprinkle a little bit of salt on the top;
