Scrambled Eggs with Chorizo or French Sausage

Ingredients:

Eggs 2
Milk 30 g
Chorizo or French Sausage 50 g
Butter 25 g
Paprika 1/3 tsp
Salt to taste
 
 

Instruction:

  • Break the eggs, season with salt and paprika, add milk and whisk;

  • Cut the sausage in thin slices and fry lightly in butter;

  • Pour in the eggs and milk mixture over the sausage and cook over a gentle heat, stirring occasionally, until ready
