Carrot Small Pancakes

Ingredients:

Carrot 500 g
Eggs 2
Flour 5-6 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil 50 g
 
 

Instruction:

  • Peel the carrots and grate them finely;

  • Put the grated carrot in a bowl. Add the eggs, sugar and flour and mix well;

  • Heat a small skillet; grease with vegetable oillightly;

  • Drop the carrot mixture from tip of tablespoon on the hot skilletto form small pancakes. Brown on both sides;

  • Serve hot with thick sour cream or milk:
