Fish in Béchamel Cheese Sauce

 
Leek 1/2
Red or orange peppers 2
White fish filets 500 g
Cheese 100 g
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Butter 20 g
Béchamel cheese sauce 500 ml
Salt, pepper to taste

Slice the leek and wash under the running water. Peel the peppers and slice in long strips. Heat a frying pan with butter and olive oil in it. Cook the leek and peppers till soft:

Place the fish filets to the bottom of the oven dish and season with salt and pepper. Then put the cooked vegetables on top of the fish. Pour over Béchamel cheese sauce:

Sprinkle on top with grated cheese  and put into a pre-heated oven (200°С). Cook for 20-25 minutes:
