Ingredients

Pork 400 g
Garlic 4 cloves
Egg 1
Breadcrumbs 50 g
Olive oil 50 g
Butter 25 g
Water 150 g
Red wine 100 g
Salt, medium curry powder to taste
 
 

Preparation

  • Take the meat and garlic. Stuff the meat with garlic:

  • Season the meat with spices. Pass the meat through the whipped eggs and then breadcrumbs:

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and then fry the meat on both sides till  golden brown. Then add the water, bring to the boil and cover with a lid:

  • Chop the onion and garlic and fry in oil:

  • Add the breadcrumbs to the onion and fry them. Add red wine and bring to the boil:

  • Add  the sauce to the frying pan with the meat. Simmer for 1 hour:

  • Serve this dish with cooked potatoes:
