Mushrooms in Garlic and Cream Sauce on Toast

Ingredients:

Mushrooms 10
Butter 20 g
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Dauble cream 50 g
Pesto 2 tbsp
Salt, black ground pepper to taste
 
 

Instruction:

  • Clean the mushrooms and slice thinly;

  • Peel and finely chop the garlic;

  • Heat the frying pan and melt some butter in it;

  • Fry the mushrooms and garlic in butter for about 5 minutes until the mushrooms are soft:

  • Add cream;

  • Reduce to a thick sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste:

  • Toast the bread lightly, put it on a hot plate and pour the sauce with the mushrooms on top. Decorate with pesto sauce and a leaf of parsley:
