Greek Salad

 
Lettuce 200 g
Tomatoes 3
Cucumber 1/4
Red onion 1/4
Olives 70 g
Feta 100 g
Sea salt, ground black pepper to taste
Lemon juice or cider vinegar 1 1/2 tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil 3 tbsp

Greek salad, is a rough country salad of juicy tomatoes, crisp cucumber, sliced red onion, green pepper, crumbly feta cheese and plump black olives. Serve this delightful combination as a side dish or as a light meal with some crusty bread

Wash lettuce and trim by hand, tomatoes - cut into wedges, cucumber - sliced into thick half-moons,  red onion - sliced into rings. cut feta into cubes.Placethe salad ingredients in a large bowl:

Add salt, freshly ground black pepper. Pourthe dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine just before serving:
