Vitamin Rich Salad

     
Lettuce 200 g
Tomatoes 3
Spring onion 50 g
Red onion 1/4
Radish 8
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Salt, ground black pepper to taste
                               

Wash the greens and vegetables and drain them. Cut the lettuce in big pieces. Slice the tomatoes and toss together with the lettuce:

Cut the spring and red onion and radish in pieces and add to the salad:

Toss together. Dress with sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste:
