Squid Salad

     
Squid (peeled) 200 g
Onion 1
Sour cream 100 g
Lettuce 150 g
Butter 25 g
Salt to taste
Paprika 1/2 tsp

  1. Cut the peeled squid in rings;

  2. Cut the onion in strips and fry in butter until golden;

  3. Add the squid to the onion and fry for 30-40 seconds;

  4. Add sour cream, salt, and paprika. Add also ground chilli pepper if you like it really hot;

  5. Reduce to a thick sauce;

  6. Wash the lettuce, drain and place on a plate. Pour the sour cream sauce with the squid on top of the lettuce and serve.
