Mortadella Wrap with Salad Appetizer

 
Mortadella sausage 200 g
Cheese 200 g
Mixed salad (rocket, watercress, etc.) 50 g
Ketchup 25 g

  1. Cut the Mortadella sausage in thin slices;

  2. Cut the cheese in thin slices;

  3. Wash the greens and drain;

  4. Place on each slice of sausage a slice of cheese, some mixed salad, a bit of ketchup, and wrap in a cone. Fasten each cone with a cocktail stick and serve:
