Butter with Browned Dried Bread-Crumbs

 
Sifted dried bread-crumbs 0.5 cup
Butter 4 oz (100 g)
 

Brown the sifted bread-crumbs with 2 oz (50 gm) of the butter. Add another 2 oz (50 gm) of it, and heat well.
