Dried Bread-Crumbs Sauce

 
Dried rye or wheat bread 2 tbsp
Butter 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Citric acid to taste
 

Melt the butter, separate the dregs, add the browned bread-crumbs, citric acid, and salt. Mix well.
