Sauce From Dried Fruit Water

 
Dried fruit water 3 cups
Corn flour 1.5 tsp
Sugar to taste
 

Bring 2.5 cups of dried fruit water to a boil (adding more water if necessary). Trickle, stirring, the remaining cold fruit water shaken with 1.5 tea-spoons of cornflour into it. Bring to a boil. When it has thickened, add the sugar and mix well. Serve hot or cold.
