Vegetable broth 0.5 cup
Egg 1
Butter 1 tbsp
Minced herbs 1 tsp
 

Chop the hard-boiled egg fine, mix with the minced herbs, pour the boiling broth over the mixture, and add 1 table-spoon of butter.
