Soured Cream Sauce

 
Souredcream 1 cup
Butter 1tbsp
Flour 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
 

Mix the slightly browned flour with a little soured cream and butter. Pour the mixture, stirring, into the remaining boiling souredcream. Simmer for 10 minutes and strain. To make the sauce tastier, add some vegetable or mushroom liquid to it. This sauce can be made without butter.
