Summer Sauce

 
Gooseberries 2 cups
Water 1 cup
Flour 1 tsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Souredcream 4 tbsp
Egg-yolks 2
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Sugar to taste
Salt to taste
 

Peel and cut gooseberries into small pieces. Cook in water until soft. Rub through a sieve, cook in butter, flour, and souredcream. You can add 1Ч2 stirred egg-yolks. Sprinkle with salt and sugar, pour in hot water, add some lemon juice, and boil for 15 minutes.
