Tomato SaucewithMushrooms

 
Tomato juice 300 g
Mushrooms 50 g
Small onion 1
Oliveor vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Garlic 3 cloves
Salt to taste
 

Brown the chopped onion in the oliveoil. Cut the mushrooms into thin strips. Join the onion and the mushroom strips with the tomato juice and cook for 15 minutes, whereupon add the minced cloves of garlic and salt.
