Watery Milk Sauce

 
Milk 1 cup
Flour 1 tsp
Butter 2 tsp
Salt to taste
 

Slightly fry the wheat flour until light yellow, stir thoroughly in a little milk (boiled), pour the mixture into boiling or diluted (with water) milk, and boil, stirring, for 5Ч10 minutes. Add the butter and salt, stir well and heat without bringing to a boil.
